PERSONALISED BALL BUILDER KEY INFORMATION
WARRANTY & RETURNS

We will not except change of mind returns once the Personalised Balls have been made.
Custom products are made to your specifications, meaning your orders cannot be modified, cancelled or returned.
You must accept the Terms and Conditions being submitting your design by ticking the checkbox.
BALL CARE
Our Personalised Steeden balls are printed in-house in our warehouse in Melbourne.
If using for display, these balls will last for an extended time.
If using the Steeden Classic Trainer for training sessions, this will result in eventual wear and tear of our print. We cannot guarantee the exact life span of the print given the nature of rugby league training sessions.
Do not intentionally scratch your print and avoid cleaning with chemicals, as this can damage the ball and the print.
Please note the colour of the ball may fade if exposed to extreme heat or if used on concrete and we will not replace items that discolour.
GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders based on the following
- Profanities used on the ball, which includes offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed as inappropriate, derogatory, or profane.
- Names of professional athletes or celebrities
- Any other trademarked words or phrases
BEFORE USING BALL
It is recommended that balls are inflated to the correct PSI before using. The PSI can be found on the ball, but is usually around 8-10 PSI. After 5-7 days of usage, they may require more pumping to top it up.
PRICING
There are multiple price options you can choose from for your personalised ball:
- Size 5 Classic Trainer Ball - $49.99
- Size 5 NRL Supporter or State of Origin Supporter Ball - $69.99
Australian Shipping is $11 via Aus Post for orders under $150 and shipping is Free for orders from $150 and higher.
New Zealand Shipping is a flat-fee of $20.
DELIVERY
Once we receive your payment, please allow approximately 2 week for deliveries for Australia and up to 3 weeks for deliveries to New Zealand.
We will not take orders outside of Australia and New Zealand. All Personalised Balls must be sent to Australia or New Zealand.
