Due to the size and nature of most of our products, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). All returns must be sent within 14 days of original invoice date. Ball sizes are used as a guide by the age of each player. A player aged between six and nine years will usually require a Mini ball, with players aged 10-12 using a Mod ball. The Size 5 is a full sized ball for all players over the age of 12.

The recommended PSI can be found on the ball, but is usually around 8-10 PSI. After 5-7 days of usage, they may require more pumping to top it up.
